Pontiac Printing Press LLC offers:

• Physical 3D printed goods (shipped to U.S. and Canada)
• Paid digital file downloads (STL and related formats)
• Free digital file downloads (gated by newsletter subscription)
• Custom manufacturing and design services via quote request
• User accounts (planned future feature)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

Payments

All payments are processed exclusively via Stripe, Inc. We do not store, access, or retain your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Digital File License

Digital files sold or distributed through ppp.studio are licensed, not sold. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a product listing:

• The license is personal and non-transferable
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the files
• Commercial use is permitted only if explicitly stated in the product listing
• You may print physical objects from the files for personal or commercial use unless otherwise noted

Free Downloads

Free digital files are made available in exchange for newsletter subscription. By submitting your email to access a free download, you agree to receive marketing communications from Pontiac Printing Press LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time.

File Submissions

By uploading CAD, STL, or other design files through our site or quote form, you:

• Represent that you own or have the legal right to use and share the design
• Grant Pontiac Printing Press LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use the files solely to evaluate your quote and fulfill your order
• Acknowledge that uploaded files are not treated as confidential unless a separate written Non-Disclosure Agreement is executed between you and Pontiac Printing Press LLC
• Accept that uploaded files will be deleted within 120 days of submission, with notification sent at 90 days

We are not liable for any intellectual property infringement claims arising from files you submit.

Shipping

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

User Accounts

When user accounts become available:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@ppp.studio
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms

Prohibited Use

You may not use this site to:

• Submit files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit site systems
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pontiac Printing Press LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pontiac Printing Press LLC and its members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: files or content you submit, your violation of any third-party intellectual property rights, your misuse of products or services, or your violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All original content on ppp.studio — including text, graphics, product photography, branding, and site code — is the property of Pontiac Printing Press LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
