Digital Downloads
All sales of digital files — including STL, 3MF, and any other downloadable formats — are final. No refunds will be issued once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
Why No Refunds on Digital Files?
Once a digital file is downloaded, it cannot be returned. The file is immediately accessible and reproducible, which makes refunds on digital goods impractical and non-standard across the industry.

Physical Products
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@ppp.studio. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Items that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return or refund. All products are made to order and manufactured in-house — please review product details and color options carefully before purchasing.
What We Need From You
Your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item. We'll take it from there.

Custom Orders
Custom print orders are non-refundable unless the output is defective or materially different from the agreed-upon quote.
We print to the files and specifications you provide. If an issue arises from customer-supplied design errors, incorrect tolerances, or flawed geometry, that falls outside the scope of a valid refund claim. We are not responsible for designs we did not create.
Design Responsibility
If you submit a file with bad tolerances, incorrect dimensions, or geometry that doesn't print correctly — that's on the design, not the print. We execute the job. If you need design help before printing, ask us about our design services.

How to Request a Refund
Email hello@ppp.studio with the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
